Life In Middle School

In our middle school, which includes grades 6 through 8, students embark on an exciting journey of growth and discovery. This phase is a crucial milestone where they develop greater independence and take a more self-directed approach to learning. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures their curiosity, resilience, and passion for learning while also prioritizing their social and emotional well-being.

Our holistic approach ensures that students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We value their unique perspectives and actively encourage them to share their thoughts and ideas, empowering them to grow into confident, engaged learners.

Activities

At our middle school, we are dedicated to enriching students’ ways of thinking by accompanying every lesson, idea, and subject with activities that prepare them for life through practical learning. One of our key initiatives is “Mubadaret Ehna La Ba3ad,” which focuses on service, fostering a sense of belonging, giving back, and empathy among students. Various departments engage in regular initiatives and activities such as The French Day Festival, Science Fair, Math Day, ELO, Band, Drama, Arabic and English Reading, Poetry, and Writing Competitions, as well as the Spelling Bee. Also, we add many enrichment activities related to human rights and global issues concerning environmental preservation, good citizenship, character building, empathy, and acceptance of others.”

This ongoing process of transformation is undergone through instilling values and skills necessary to fully and positively engage in a life that can be labeled successful and happy. Life Development represents a merging between knowledge, values and skills needed to fulfill the life God created us to live.

The Life Development department’s training themes and topics are aligned with the school’s values, mission, vision, and objectives.

”Ehna Labaad” Campaign

Our Middle School initiative “ Ehna Labaad” promotes a culture of solidarity at a young age and employs students’ talents and skills to gather the support needed to establish sustainable projects to demonstrate their compassion and community responsibility towards their peers in less fortunate schools, especially in schools in pockets of poverty without the need for direct money from others. This Promotion helps young people to fill their leisure time in a way that serves them and their community, educates them to be eligible to deal with the challenges of life and builds skills that they will need when they enter the labor market.

“Human Rights “ for Youth

Introducing human rights activities in middle school fosters awareness and empathy, promoting the right to health, peaceful living, and safe transportation. Students learn critical thinking, conflict resolution, and global citizenship skills  . Each year, they explore new rights and engage in related activities, fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to advocating for human rights and creating a more equitable and inclusive society.
